What we collect and why
| Name, mobile, email, postcode, licence type, council, town | To register your interest, group demand by area, invite you to a clinic and manage your booking. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract. |
|---|---|
| Health conditions you tick | Only to tell you what paperwork to bring. Lawful basis: your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. |
| Booking and payment details | To take payment and confirm your appointment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. |
| How you heard about us, and advert tags in the link you clicked | To understand which adverts work. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. |
| Marketing preference | Only if you tick the box: texts or emails about future clinics and renewals. Lawful basis: consent. Reply STOP or contact us to opt out. |
Your examination record is a clinical record, kept separately from our booking system under medical record-keeping rules.
Who we share it with

Postcodes are checked with postcodes.io, a free public postcode service; no other details are sent. We do not sell your data. We do not share your health information with your council or the DVLA; you hand them your completed form.
How long we keep it
Health ticks: deleted 30 days after your clinic. Interest registrations with no booking: deleted after 12 months. Message logs: 12 months. Booking and payment records: 6 years for tax purposes.
