When you pay	In full when you book a time online.
Appointment length	About 10 minutes for a D4, 12 minutes for a taxi medical.
Change your time	Free, up to 48 hours before, using the link in your confirmation.
Cancel more than 48 hours before	Full refund.
Cancel within 48 hours, or don't attend	No refund.
Missing paperwork on the day	One free rebook within 30 days, once you have the paperwork.
Blood pressure over the limit on the day	A free blood pressure recheck at our next clinic in the same town.
If we move or cancel a clinic	You choose: a free new time, or a full refund.
If the form can't be signed	No refund, because the assessment was carried out. The doctor explains why.

Some drivers need more time, so clinics can run late. We're sorry if you're kept waiting.
